No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Email is not required for registration. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets. Account identifiers and password verification credentials are used to authenticate you, maintain login sessions, and provide subscription access. Passwords should not be stored in plain text.

This service processes plan status, total data usage, order amounts, payment status, and refund records to verify entitlements, calculate remaining data, and resolve transaction disputes. Total data usage is not a browsing history and is not used to reconstruct browsing activity. When submitting a support ticket, your description, client environment, and any attachments you choose to provide help us troubleshoot issues. Please redact passwords and full subscription links first.

YuanVPN does not log which websites users access through international routes, what they browse, or their DNS queries. We do not create browsing histories that associate accounts with specific destinations. This commitment applies to route access activity; it does not mean account and order information is never processed.

Temporary connection states needed to provide connectivity and troubleshoot issues are used only as necessary for those purposes. They are not retained as connection logs that could trace an individual's browsing activity, and are cleared when the connection ends and they are no longer needed. Operations may use aggregated troubleshooting information that does not identify specific destinations; it is not expanded into user activity profiles.

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, button clicks, and device categories so we can improve content and navigation. Analytics on marketing pages are separate from browsing activity on our routes. Analytics events should not contain passwords, full subscription URLs, or support ticket contents.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions, remember language preferences, and preserve necessary login states. You can restrict cookies, clear site data, or log out through your browser settings. After clearing data, you may need to log in again and reset your preferences. On shared devices, log out and clear site storage when you are done.

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the respective third parties. We receive transaction identifiers, amounts, and payment results needed to verify orders, and will not ask you to provide your payment password to customer support. Check your order and the payment page before proceeding.

Data is shared with relevant processors only as needed to deliver the service, process payments, respond to support requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. YuanVPN does not sell users' personal information. Third-party pages may have different data retention and storage practices; review their policies before using them.

Account data is retained while account services are provided. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to verify transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Website analytics are kept only for as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or converted into aggregated data that cannot be linked to an individual. Data is not retained indefinitely.

To access, correct, or delete your account data, log in to the user panel and submit a privacy request through the support ticket portal. We will verify account ownership and explain the outcome. Deleting an account may affect subscription access and the ability to look up records. Data that must be retained by law or to resolve an outstanding dispute will be restricted to that purpose and deleted when the reason for retention no longer applies.

When this policy changes, we will publish the revised text on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes to data processing purposes, scope, or user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Where consent is legally required, updating this page does not replace the necessary consent process.
