After opening the panel from a plan card, check the selected plan name, price, data allowance, and billing method. Confirm whether it’s a monthly plan or a data pack, then choose a payment method as prompted in the panel. The plan button starts the checkout process; clicking it does not charge you.
When paying with USDT, follow the details shown on the payment page and verify the network, amount, and recipient information. Do not pay based on an old order or details forwarded in a chat. The current order page has the latest payment instructions.
After paying, return to the panel and check your order status and whether the plan is active. Make sure the account matches the order before going to the client download and subscription pages. If nothing has updated yet, keep your payment record and check the current order. Do not create another order or pay again.
If you need help, submit a ticket through the user panel with your order details, payment method, and a description of the issue. Redact unnecessary personal information in screenshots. Your password and full subscription link are not needed to verify an order.
To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with your request and the relevant order details. Keep the necessary payment record for verification. Refund requests and connection troubleshooting are separate issues; state your request directly instead of burying it in a long troubleshooting history.
